TEAM ONE REPAIR,INC. COMPLETES PURCHASE OF
TWH SOLUTIONS, INC.
Acquisition gives Team One Repair a west
coast presence and greatly expanded
capabilities and product offering
BUFURD, GA., September 8, 2011
Team One Repair, Inc., based in Buford,
Georgia, announced today the completion of
the purchase of Quincy, California, based
TWH Solutions, Inc. The purchase gives
Team One Repair a presence on the West Coast
which is seen by the company as a positive
move towards providing greater client
service throughout the country.
The
resulting enhanced capabilities widens the
privately-held company’s scope of business,
strengthening its depot repair service
offerings and manufacturing capabilities, as
well as greatly expanding its capability to
serve West Coast clients.

purchase of TWH Solutions brings to Team One
Repair, not only the West Coast exposure,

Service
Center
status. Team One Repair becomes one of
only three service centers in the country
authorized to sell and service the extremely
sophisticated Sodeco Bill Handling products.
TWH Solutions has been active within the
metropolitan transit agency marketplace
helping these agencies with their fare
collection systems. Team One Repair
intends to build on that experience by
approaching a greater number of the transit
and parking organizations.
