In order to provide the best high quality customer service, the company uses a custom designed software for tracking of customer orders. The Business Management System (BMS) program is the heart of the company’s customer service efforts. It enables customer service representatives to provide the customer with real time order status, provides production personnel with product tracking from receiving through production, shipment and invoicing, and produces standard or customized reports that are available to the customer.

Our quality system that we have in place is patterned after ISO 9002 (1994) standards, allowing us to track our quality and yield rates with the emphasis on customer service. This allows us to recognize potential problem quickly and to correct processes before they become actual problems. These capabilities translate into significant economic benefits to customers. It is goal of the company to provide the highest repair yield that is economically possible.        

Our engineering staff has developed and refined the repair processes for the various products . The engineering staff will continue working on improving repair and manufacturing processes, in order to provide the highest quality and efficiency to our customers. They have the expertise to source, reverse engineer or, when necessary, manufacture hard to find parts in-house, which is a significant competitive advantage.
